Room amenities lacked some basics like a kettle. The locking system on the doors required the keycard to lock up, which can be a hassle, especially since only one keycard was provided. Areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, like the bathrooms and parts near the pool that could use a refresh. The steep hill leading to the hotel can be tiring after multiple trips to town, although it's all walkable.

Excellent hotel, great staff, good swimming pool. Nice restaurant on top of the roof with great views. One of the best hotels I have found in Thailand.

The venue is recently refurbished and luxurious with very attentive staff. Marvellous central location and awesome and adequate breakfast. Walking distance to shopping centres and a night market across the street. A cheap restaurant and a roof top bar available.

Hotel is very new because they just have been finished construction. The room is very clean. Staffs are very goood friendly and always provided me the good cooperation.

You gotta love the cozy vibes and wood-fired pizzas at nearby Bolero Pizzaria! Plus, the pool is a gem for a quick dip after exploring the area.
So, when we rolled in, the bathroom floors felt a bit sticky and the bed was on the firm side. A couple of staff gave off a cold vibe early on, but once things shifted, the warmth came through was great.

The location was peaceful and perfect, at a moderate distance from Wat Kaew Korawaram. Appreciated the room with a refreshing drink, my bed was best. The pool was clean and I had refreshing drinks in the sky bar.

The pool could really use better maintenance!!! The hotel needs to address the inconsistent internet access!!! A little upgrade on some room fixtures would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience!!!

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed in in Thailand. We were only here 2 nights between leaving phi phi and flying to bangkok. The hotel offeres a free shuttle service to the city center and also has a bike rental service. we rented a moped for just 200 baht the day! Hotel staff were all lovely and the rooms were so amazing! the pool also has a jacuzzi
